SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Secure new projects and orders according to individual requirements.
  • Understand technical capabilities of products and relevant code of practices.
  • Meet with customers and consultants, on-site or in office, to offer sales or technical support.
  • Manage supply of confirmed orders to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Acquire new customers and maintain healthy customer relations with existing clientele.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma / Degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Display strong problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, strong initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge in local legislations on M&E works is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Building M&E services, with experience in Fire Protection & Electrical Systems for M&E specifications are an advantage.

TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to production operators and customers.
  • Attend to on-site repairs, modifications and troubleshoot malfunctions.
  • Engage in on/off-site programming of supplied systems
  • Attend site-testing and commissioning of supplied systems

Requirements

  • Possess Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Possess working experience in the M&E construction industry or similar industries (Preferred)
  • Display understanding of local legislations on M&E works.
  • Possess Class 3/3A driving license
  • Comprehend construction drawings and detect discrepancies for combined services.
  • Exhibit strong initiative, independence and team spirit.
  • Possessing AutoCAD and drafting experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Building M&E services, with project site experience in Fire Protection & Electrical Systems for M&E specifications, installations is an advantage.

BILLING & FINANCE

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Sales Team for pricing.
  • Generate invoices and monitor accounts receivables.
  • Send payment reminders via email.
  • Be responsible for Inter-company billing.
  • Assist Finance Team in closing of monthly accounts.

Requirements

  • Possess at minimum, a Diploma in Accounting / Audit / Finance / Business / Economics.
  • Degree holders in any discipline will be considered favourably.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication & multi-tasking skills.
  • Display a good command of English, with the ability to speak and write well.
  • Be Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Power Point) & Google equivalents.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable for this position.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

Responsibilities

  • Assist in inventory management, logistics support & co-ordination.
  • Issue delivery orders.
  • Engage in data entry and proper filing of documents
  • Assist Supervisor in managing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Review and recommend improvements to work flows and operations

Requirements

  • Possess at minimum, a Diploma in Accounting / Audit / Finance / Business / Economics.
  • Degree holders in any discipline will be considered favourably.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication & multi-tasking skills.
  • Display a good command of English, with the ability to speak and write well.

TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance and servicing of Bosch Addressable Fire Alarm System, One-Way and Two-Way EVC systems
  • Test and troubleshoot malfunctions when they arise.
  • Generate detailed service reports for each visit.
  • Report to Service Engineer for work done and necessary follow-up action.

Requirements
